Software UI / UX Design Internship

Our UI/UX Designers are responsible for creating functional, visually appealing designs to address user and business needs. If you are a creative, highly motivated individual with a talent for digesting complex information, analyzing it, and producing simple, easy-to-use interface design concepts, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

• Work with Engineering and Product Management teams to define, analyze and prototype web-based and mobile software solutions

• Translate functional business requirements into simple and easy-to-use design concepts

• Help to create and document storyboards / prototypes illustrating product features and business workflows, to communicate with multiple departments

• Work with a team to provide elegant and simple interface design solutions that offer enhanced functionality while maintaining the integrity of the product

• Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite system / software complexity

Qualifications:

• College major in related field

• Understanding of UI / UX Design concepts

• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Axure is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, creativity, and multi-tasking ability- able to be part of a team and handle multiple projects
